Thanks for the kudos. After doing two hill climb races and some harder training this holiday weekend, I am taking it easy on the bike for a few days and focus on strength training.
Props to the runners for some great results. I used to compete in 10K races and ran track back in the Jurassic period when T-Rex ruled the earth.
Thanks for the props. This is new to us. Chris never ran (except to catch a bus) so that he did it with one arm impresses me. (Disclaimer: I'm his wife. It's OK, I gave him a black HTFU wristband last year, as if he needed it.)
