The SMART bus has had to cut several routes starting tomorrow. Several hundred people who take the SMART bus to work will have to find alternative forms of transportation for getting to work and home. I am wondering how many will start riding their bikes. Do you think the morning commute of 22 degrees will be a significant factor? I plan to ride my bike to work
