The 4000 was labeled as Tange Champion tube.


Sorry I don't have an answer for ya >.> but I myself am hunting a 4000, since a 5000 would simply be wall art! I can hazard a probably incorrect guess though as to the stay deflection, because the tubing was so light and thin they had to go so extreme, as is referenced often you could literally pinch the tubing out of shape with your bare fingers.
