Regardless of what shoes you decide on, I suggest getting a set of Superfeet insoles. Factory shoe insoles are "usually" garbage. If you are buying yours shoes at your lbs, get insoles first so that you can try shoes with them in. I know a couple of people that wear mt. style lace up shoes on the rd.
