Generally, Giro works with oval heads like yours. Bell seems best for round heads. Both have adjustable suspension systems, but Giro is probably best for your head.
Note the word "Generally."
Can't comment on your Nutcase brand, except to repeat that adjustable suspension systems are too common to be used as a basis for a purchasing decision
