I don't care for the key because I seem to found my balance at keeping around 200lbs. When I was under 200lbs I was either rowing crew, high intensity weight lifting, or riding 200+ miles a week - all under diet - diet meaning no soda pop and junk food

I rowed in high school a few years ago, but I still am extremely fond of it and think about it a lot. I was raced in an eight and four, and taught myself how to row in a pair and scull in a single.

Female coxswains seem to be a lot more vicious than males during races, which may be a good thing
