Saris Cycle-on is a great rack. It is very easy to use and avoids the problems described regarding possible scratching of the frame. Only drawbacks are the price and it weighs about 55-60 lbs. After using it for a while, I can't see ever using another rack. The bike is well-supported and it goes on and off easily and quickly.

I also have the Saris Bones (got it first). It is a great rack but bikes can be difficult to fit on and they can get scratched or the paint rubbed from rocking around.
