I usually get a "cool bike" as the carbon riding crowd goes by. I also get "looks like you ride a lot" which to me is the ultimate compliment as I ride very little.
I ran into a friend while out riding yesterday. He rides a steel early 90's Simoncini thats totally cool. I was on my Reynolds. It felt great riding with someone who rides a classic. We rode together for about 5 miles that just flew by.
