It is a great story...the builder has just as much to do with his success as the rider.

But the story makes it seem like the rider doesn't work aside from riding his bike...sure, if you don't/can't work, the availability to ride a lot is there but I can say I got big because of work. Long hours, late meals, bad food choices at those late meals because of lack of time to prepare something more healthy and falling asleep within a couple hours of eating a big dinner meal - couple that with little to no exercise and bam!

If only I could not work and move to the pacific northwest where it is more temperate all year, then maybe I could lose the last 100 lbs to get to 188 like the rider in the story...but then again I'm not the pick up and move on a whim type
