You'll see the difference once you have them in your hand.. I use both the MKS EZ and the Wellgo xPedo in both platform and clipless .. the finish is better on the MKS .. setup of the xPedo is a little trickier as you have to position the q/r release in an optimum position (there are supplied pedal washers in different thicknesses) ... underway, a slight annoyance can happen with the xPedo with regards to the q/r release .. as it is solid mounted to the crank, with platform pedals you could get interference with a large shoe as you pedal at a point in the rotation.. using clipless, I don't experience the annoyance.. some of the xPedo pedals are pretty light .. I have used the MKS EZ extensively over the past few years (and I have a good inventory of extra couplers) and I have used the xPedo much of last year... I like the look of the MKS pedals better, but in use (particularly clipless) I don't have a strong preference ..
