I've seen an All-City Big Block in person, and it looked to be nicely made. The Space Horse also looks great, but I'm not sure if the internal cable routing is a good choice for a touring/commuting frame that will likely be used in the rain. I don't care for the awkward bend in the fork either, but that's a minor complaint.
I was considering getting a Handsome Devil a few months ago, but I think I prefer the Space Horse. I'd probably be ordering one if I hadn't just picked up a vintage touring frame.
