So i have a size 14-15 US foot well actaully i have two of them

Which goes up to euro 48 which after some google and guess work should fit me . So do these look ok ? what do i need to go with them something like

I commute to work with this bike so wont be hitting trails while riding them , am on the right path or am i so far off track it isn't funny?
