They are fine they use the same parts as the M750 freehub.
http://techdocs.shimano.com/media/te...9830728748.pdf Santana uses the same model with a longer axle this puts more stress on the axle than yours has and I haven't heard of a bunch of those breaking. If you are paranoid buy a solid axles from wheels manufacturing these will bend rather than break.
