I had a friend who carried around a page of those Avery mailing labels that you put on envelopes, with something printed on them about how 'Your parking job in a crowded lot is denying another person the ability to park. Please think before you do that next time.' Apparently they are really hard to get off the window once they set, and the person would have to scrape it off.
