The first "workout" I did was 8 minutes of walking on a treadmill.I didn't even ride a bike until I'd been at it for a year so 37 km seems pretty good for someone that's only been at it for a few months. Setting a new record is good for the soul but consistency is more important. It's all those 10km rides that allow you to do that 37km ride.
