The Campy 11 chain is a bit narrower that 10 speed, so the chainring teeth are also .1mm thinner. It's rare when 10 speed chainrings won't work with 11 speed. It really not the c-c spacing that's different, it's the shifting ramps. Many people have reported differences in the chainring spacing, because the noticed that the chainring mounting lugs were thinner on 10 and 11 speed rings. Those changes do NOT correlate to a change in tooth to tooth spacing. Even old 7 speed ring have about the same spacing.
