I would call and ask who the best fitter of the store is and ask for when he/she is working to reschedule the fitting. Ask to get the fitting redone from scratch because you didn't finish last time. Any respectable store will not start a fitting close to their closing time because they won't finish, and this salesman didn't do you right. In my opinion, a $100 fit is a middle-of-the line fitting and won't have enough depth to recommend so many pieces of equipment that have marginal gains. I would be wary since many salesman are trained to squeeze every penny out of you (I used to work retail).

Also, ALWAYS ask to make sure if there is a free re-adjustment a few weeks after the initial fitting. Your posture and riding style may change significantly enough for new problems to arise, thus requiring an adjustment.
