You tell us. Do you like the bike enough to spend that kind of money on it?
Will you feel a reward when it is done knowing that you added parts you wanted and did it yourself? (or are you going to pay a shop to do it?)
Would it be more worthwhile to sell the current ride and buy a bike with the parts you want outright?
Generally it is cheaper to buy a bike outfitted with the parts you want already on it. If you look around on the bay and CL, you could probably find the few bits you need fairly cheap.
