Boy, that sure looks very similar to the Exxon Graftek frame, specially the angle slash cuts at the polished lugs. Could it be that the designers of the Graftek switched over to another Petro company to produce their bikes?.......Or maybe a Graftek owner (Maybe a worker from Phillips Petroleum) got bored and with his own decals, created a competing brand to the Exxon Graftek as a joke? Who knows till someone else chimes in to clarify things...but weirder things have happened with bikes before.
BTW, It's a beautiful frame. It looks like very good quality from the pics....
Might you be interested in sellng it to me??
