I think now ive come to the conclusion I AM looking for a fgfs LOOKING bike, but a single speed would be more versatile and suited to me.

So basically a single speed fgfs-looking bicycle. The Spec P.Fix is the only one I have come across thus far.
On all of those bikes you can put a flip flop hub on them and run either fixed gear or single speed. The thing you want to look for is a bike that has brake mounts so you can use a front and back brake if your running single speed. Volume thrasher completes come with a free wheel so you can coast but no breaks. The grime goat isn't drilled for breaks. I ride a SE us versus them frame and it's drilled for front and back brakes but I ride it fixed so i'm brakeless. Most of the good fgfs frames your going to have to buy the frame then build it up yourself there's not many fgfs bikes that come complete. Just find a frame you like make sure its drilled for brakes and get a wheelset with a flip flop hub and some brakes.
