Most I've paid for one is about 100$. It was later (knock the price down) but a Superbe (knock the price up, better model). On a CL market, in completely reworked shape, you might get 150$ on the very best of days. You'd need to replace a lot of stuff, I think, including the 597 ISO tires, which might require a hunt. This one lacks a leather Brooks saddle, a dynohub, and several other desirable parts. In the shape it is in, despite the full chaincase ( which indicates a UK model, read up on them on Sheldon Brown), I'd say 50-75$ tops. The price isn't unreasonable for a rider, but it's not a great buy as a flipper.
