Hmm....so it probably was built English. I have not yet checked the inside steerer dimensions, so do not know if it is 22.0 or 22.2. The steerer is Nervor and the head tube is seamed, just like my NOS frame. Has the same type of seat tube ears, but the threaded side has been drilled out. Also has the ever present wood plug in the bottom of the steerer. I can read Reynolds butted on the seat tube and butted on the forks. It is missing the small guide ring on the seat stay for the derailleur cable housing. That seems to be a common feature of the higher end Lejeunes.

The chrome socks were an extra cost option on the CdM and the Pro according to my catalogs. Will do some more sleuthing.
