Lol, yeah I drank the Kool Aid. Took it for the first ride today and had a total blast. Will post some footage later. And funny you mention full rigid. Actually stripped most the components that are on the speci from a 9er full rigid that I picked up. Will be saving that frame and fork for a rainy day. Im thinking single speed.
I don't know what's gotten into me but for some reason I've had my eye on a few fully rigid SS bikes lately
Still no 29ers because I haven't found a 29er yet that doesn't feel awkward to me, but if I were to find one that felt right then I might just give into every single MTB fad available. Fortunately my low income & wide expanse of expensive hobbies keeps my wallet light enough to prevent me from getting anymore bikes
