Any grippy glove works. I raced on baseball batting gloves for 3 seasons. Cheap and grippy. Now I use golf gloves. They are a lot more supple plus I got them for $7/pair on sale. It's hard to find Left/Right matches in golf gloves, though.

Those are two totally different saddles. I happened to find my old Regal pretty comfortable for cruising around town but it sucked on long rides. The Concor - however - is one of the best saddles I've ever used. Also, the suede cover keeps you from sliding around and the contour is really nice once you've got the angle & fore/aft dialed in.
