Start out with the saddle Level.
Make nose adjustment up or down, ever which way feels good to you.
Wear bike shorts, no underwear. Use chamois lube.
Pull you junk up in front on your shorts.
Do frequent rides as compared to long rides.
Takes some time for your body to adjust to your bike.
