Hello guys, I am new for this forum
can anyone tell me what is name of the part in red circle? (I am talking about 2 teeth) I want to buy it, but I can't find that part on Amazon

Also I have another question, When I spin pedals on bike, whole Freewheel spins, but wheel is stopped, so may be it is fault of Freewheel and those teeth inside Freewheel?
