I Live In Chicago Near Lake Michigan (hyde Park). I Purchased A Sun Ez-3 Usx Trike At The End Of June. This Is My First Recumbent And My First Regular "bike" In 50 Years. I've Been Using It Instead Of My Car For 3-10 Mile Commutes. I Have Been Enjoying Myself But:

1. Bikers, Runners And Rollerbladers Pass Me By. I Believe That I Am Using The Correct Gears. Do Other Owners Of The Ez-3 Usx Find Them Slow? What Can I Do About It? How Much Do You Think It Would Cost?

2. Are The Bolts Really Made Of Iron That Rusts? Do Other Parts Beside The Handle Bars Rust? Is Rust Preventable? Do You Recomment Replacing The Bolts?

3. Climbing Inclines Is Workable, But No Breeze. Can I Expect This?

4. Could I Fix Up My Trike's Gears So That I Could Zip Along Ahead Of Most Runners,
Baloon Tired Bikes And Roller Bladers? (i Know This Is A Repeat Of #1).

5. Should I Be Putting My Trike Back On The Market And Start Saving For A Green Speed Trike?

Thanks,

Fabian
