It is far from a organized diet plan. It is not organized nor a diet nor a plan really. I thought the same way as you which was the reason why I never gave it the time of day but I was so wrong. Only if I knew now what I know about it back then, it would have been great. Look into it when you have time and ask questions here about it if you would like.
