I like the classy beige that Surly used on their Long Haul Trucker a couple of years ago. I also always like British Racing Green and a nice Orange Metallic. Gunnar offers an orange metallic that I love. I think they first paint the bike a metallic silver and then a coat of a darker orange over it.
But that's what I like.
