it's most likley just pinched nerves.
same thing happened to me a few months ago after i did a long ride on only my mini straight bars.
Pinched nerves usually just fix themselves over time.
In all honesty, I can't tell if my fingers have fixed themselves or if I'm just used to it.
Either way, just give it time. If it keeps happening, maybe you're not giving your hands/nerves enough of a rest to fully heal and therefore are more prone to re-pinching.
What will make it right? Well, I started wearing gloves to fix the problem but you're already doing that, so I really don't know. I guess just be very conscious while riding to repeatedly change hand position as to not put too much stress on any one area.
