REI's Novara Buzz FlyBy was essentially a Dahon bike (a Mu XL Sport). I am not aware of a U.S. model Dahon that is/was substantially the same as the Downtube Nova. Is there a Dahon model in a different market (i.e. China) that is the same as the Downtube Nova?

We do not have them, however it is a Dahon licensed frame, hence you can get the info from them
