I don't know anything about the Blackburn lock, but I've been really happy about my Kryptonite Evolution Mini. It's small enough to carry comfortably over distance, and I haven't had any trouble locking it to stuff. The Blackburn looks nice too, but there's a reason that the Evolution is the go-to lock for many cyclists.
