Wonky Fork Drilling on Moto Grand Record

After first ride's review, there seems to be a lot of tweaking needed. Should I add this skewed brake drilling to the list of fixes? Would it hold to just drill the back hole a teeny bit to allow the bolt a straight path, then widen the front hole to compensate?

If I leave it be, the pads will just wear-in to the rim, but will I be losing stopping power? Is it just an aesthetic and mildly compulsive issue?
