I'm Hot In Bed
I noticed that when I push myself on a ride home that I am a furnace when I go to bed. It doesn't happen when I take a general ride to get in a few miles but when I push to the point that have mentally done. And just so you know that's how far I like to push myself as I know I didn't leave much on the table.
Do you think this is because my metabolism is in overdrive and generating the heat?
One thing I have not done is to just stand in the shower with cool water to make sure I've cooled down my core but I would think that by the time I get to bed (a few hours later) the core would have cooled by then.
