I recently bought my Arizona driver license. All it took was some money and my old Washington State license.
Went to the local DMV office prepared for at least a written exam and a vision test.... had neither. Could have gone in there half blind and they never would have known. I was appalled. Apparently they only require tests for drivers coming from out of state if they have some history of moving violations or a criminal record. This is crazy. IMO all drivers should be required to take periodic written and real-world driving tests.
