Well for starters it is not a Pista frame. So if you want a Pista frame buy one and be done with it.

What else do you need to know about the frame in the link? The seller states it is a '94 or '95 frame and this seems about right as a frame may be used for several years. he gives the size, BB threading, ST and TT measurements, seatpost size and dropout spacing.

personally I think $200 to 250 is a good for this frame. It does seem funny to me that it has a pumppeg and a number tab that blocks its use.
