Oh come on. Were you born knowing what a BB30 was? Gotta learn somewhere and somebody just explained it to him, so now he's set. As for setting a press-fit bearing, yeah - let your LBS do that. Any monkey with the right tool and a torque wrench can install a GXP BB, which is one reason why I like them.

That I agree with - particularly since Red shifts a lot differently from Shimano. If you don't give yourself some time to get used to the difference, you'll find yourself shifting down instead of up during your race. Etc. It's not catastrophic or anything, but it's likely to be distracting.
