I would just go to a shop you use regularly and ask for some cable-condoms. They should hand them out freely as you really only need 4-6 at a time. Any decent shop should support safe cycling. Be sure to get the smaller ones for the shifter cables and bigger ones for the brake-cables. Size does matter!
