With dsb as well, if the cracking was on the outside, emanatinng from the spoke hole then it's a scrap, but from the pictures, it just looks like a manufacturing defect that won't get any worse with age / use; check on it when ever you have have a flat / change the tire, but would be surprised if the 'cracks' get any bigger.
