I'm having the darndest time finding anything to fit anywhere close to these criteria, from most important to least:

700c and threaded. Not too tough so far...

I have a pretty tall 170mm head tube (not sure on which headset I want to use quite yet), so I need a 1-inch steerer tube that's long enough to fit or cut down. Almost definitely looking for something well over 200mm...

I'm looking for something as close to the original rake as possible, which is about 28mm by my measurements. I'd like to stay within a few millimeters...

Preferably drilled for a front brake...

Preferably a welded unicrown, to match the one that used to be on there...

Preferably chrome-plated, to match the rest of the frame...

A lot of requirements, but any help locating a similar item would be appreciated. A car pulled up too far, pinned my old one against the bike rack, and now it's bent to toast. It came with the frame, which has no decals, numbers or markings that I can find. Basic welded CrMo steel frame, chrome plated, track geom. w/ matching fork.
