Both Dodici and Cinelli are Italian companies. However: Dodici is hand made in Italy, while Cinelli Bolt is your Taiwan frame (if you care about this stuff). Bolt looks cooler with that pursuit look, but it usually means an uncomfortable long distance riding or short seatpost (to compensate for the pursuit geometry)
