Hello, my husband and I both have a Quick 4 and have these grips: http://www.amazon.com/Ergon-Gripshif.../dp/B00266DZJY. My husband says they do help with his hand numbness.

I use the Cyclemeter app on my iPhone and *love* it for tracking miles, time, and routes. I use the Shimano dual-platform pedals and they work very well. I almost always use my biking shoes, but the flat side is handy for the times I don't want to clip in or when my daughter borrows my bike and rides with her running shoes.

Good luck!
