3T Sphinx & UCI
Does anyone know where UCI ( USAC, CCA, etc ) measures bars from? I've seen it mentioned by 3T that it's "point of contacts for the hands", which implies only the round bits before the little aero profiled bit. I'm going to need a new stem either way but if they're measuring from the tip of the bars I think i'm going to need a -20mm stem and that just doesn't exist ( though I guess I could mount the stem backwards )
