IMO the first 100 miles it doesn't matter what saddle you have. It's going to hurt. I suggest 20-30 minute rides 3 times a week. If you want to do more try walking on days you don't ride. I have 3 Brooks B17s and it's the only saddle I ride on. It's not for everyone so I can't say whether it's right for you.
