I'm surprised you have the one bid actually.
I would have waited until the other sold. I think it was rude to horn in on his auction, potentially devaluing it, and yours would have done better AFTER his auction established value. I think it will hurt you more than him since his auction is competent. Yours comes off as second rate, and if someone doesn't know how to sell a bike, I assume it's poorly maintained as well. If someone doesn't know how to take a photo and write an ad, do you trust them to ship the bike?
Other factors - that stem is awful and Mavic has a more limited, variable market.
Another key difference...you have feedback for four sales, one of which is negative. He has several, all positive. He inspires confidence as a seller.
