I recognize that logo, that's Coda, which used to be Cannondale's in-house brand, I believe. The cleat type is SPD, but made to look like Speedplay for some reason.

I'm not sure how old those are, but I don't think they make them like that any more. You can always get SPD (or SPD-SL) pedals and shoes, that won't be a problem, but if you want to preserve those particular pedals, you might want to look into getting them overhauled...if possible.
