I have to say pretty darned good. This group on my Lotus works shifts well, even the auto-trim feature works great. I tried this group about a year ago and had a very different experience, now I am thinking my frame, or derailleur hanger might have been to blame. The shifters slipped a lot last year.... turns out I was missing a piece.
