"Put the shop next to some trails." is awesome but obvious. I want a shop with a track around the inside of the exterior wall. A smooth velodrome section for road bikes and something like Ray's or Joyride150 for the fat-tire crowd. In Canadurr, the roads and trails aren't bike-friendly 365.
My shop would also have a Mazzer Robur grinding for a Synesso or a La Marzocco while we were open and Kichesippi 1855 on tap.
