The cold thing is true, but isn't bad - at least not now it isn't. Last summer, I had the air turned down to 72 degrees most of the time, and sometimes lower. Now, I've barely used it (except for the last week or so, when we hovered around 100 degrees outside). And when I do turn it on, I set the thermostat to 78 degrees. My utility bills have been lower than they've been since I've lived here. Of course, ... Winter is coming.... (Where have I heard that line before? Hmmm...)

As far as clothes are concerned, it hasn't been too bad. I have had to buy a few things while on the loss journey, but one of the advantages of having been a weight yo-yo most of my life is that I'm pretty sure to have a full wardrobe in every size...

I'm now thinner than I've been in a long while, and some of these clothes are REALLY out of style. But I stopped worrying about stuff like that a long time ago.
