yeah my problem is jumping back in where i left off, forgetting that i was injured and lost strength. I end up injuring the compensating side and take longer to heal.

I do wonder if the fitter you are the better you heal, heard that many of times but never seen or read a study on it. (never looked either)

I injured my knee last November jogging doc said go ahead jog again, i did and it didnt get better. Waited 3 months tried again and its still the same. Not jogging again until novemeber when i cant ride. But when i hurt it i was at good fitness level, i ran further than i ever ran, but i didnt heal up. even after 2 months of physical therapy (PT is a scam i say, a scam).
